You say that we havent been able to compete. Yet, over a longer period, with less to spend, Arsenal have been able to compete.

I can see your point but obviously it will be proved correct or not after every team has played 38 matches.

Not at all mate, if someone says something i agree with, then i agree with it. I dont just argue for the sake of it. I say what i think and if it's different to someone else'e view, you all take the short cut and put it down to just 'wanting' to argue for the sake of it

I didn't say you were arguing for the sake of it

The fact is we're not beating the other top teams often enough, and it's that which will (probably) prevent us from winning the league this year.

However, we clearly can beat every team, so I'm not sure it's fair to say that we couldn't win the title with this squad (probably not this year, but may be next).

In seasons where we HAVE beaten the top sides, we've fecked it up against the smaller teams.

So there's no evidence to suggest that we're capable of doing BOTH in a season, which is what's basically required to win the title nowadays.

I'd rather see Chelsea to win the title TBH. Because that will only be their fourth.

And if Mancs win, I'll move anonymously to another country, because where I lieve there are thousands of Mancs and I rather die than to hear them how they won the 16th title and that that is something so amazing etc.

Surely this is an unnecessary post. No proper Liverpool supporter would want them ever to win the title - under any circumstances
